I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Durban) in May 2014
Interview
Very detailed and intense. Gave various scenarios in which I had to explain how they would be dealt with. I felt the interviewers were rather intimidating and did not put me at ease which of course adds to the already stressful situation. That on top of having to do some testing on time management skills etc all lead to a very stressful interview process.
Quickly was clear that there was no chemistry between the hiring manager and myself. We have difficulties understanding each others comments and the manager was not satisfied with my answers and I could feel she wanted me to talk faster and was quite negative during the process. I knew I would not get this job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Atenas, , Ática)
Interview
The interview took place with the HR team in Poland. They were responding quick and gave feedback in the end. The HR manager was very kind and transparent. It was a positive experience despite the fact they were looking for a different job role.
Excellent all of the people I met were great. Online and in person. Felt like a conversation on all occasions. Lots of opportunities for questions. I would highly recommend to anyone .
