I applied through my univeristy sending a CV and cover letter. I got invited by email to have an interview at their Leeds site, there were 2 interviewers. I got to look in their labs where they make the deodarants at the end of the interview. I got emaied feedback with my rejection.

They asked many questions about team work. They also asked what was my favourite brand. Name a product that I thought was really innovative. They asked me some chemistry questions.

Relaxed and friendly environment with time given to properly think about and formulated answers to questions. Not too intense. Requires some basic technical knowledge of role to fully succeed interview.

Played lots of strategy games for first round, then did a virtual video interview and recorded myself- went badly they asked questions that I didn't think were applicable towards an R&D role with little time to prep and you couldnt retake the video

telephone interview, 1st: HR Interview, 2: team interview (3 colleagues of the team i will work with in the future). It supposed to be a skype interview, however, due to technical problems, it results in a phone interview.
