Three rounds of technical interview with leadership globally.
Drawn out process that took 4-5 months post which salary discussions started.
Interviews were mildly difficult and tested functional understanding, no case interviews.

What did you learn from failures?
Face to face interview, one on one, conversation followed by calls from a senior leader to confirm off and appointment. This approach has since been replaced so that all senior appointments are made or ratified by a diverse panel.
