Interview
The process was pretty straightforward : one online application, followed by one phone interview and then one video interview with a small case to check if you can actually count
It consisted of three online games so far. One personality based, one cognitive, and another numerical. They were pretty okay but the personality one was a bit confusing as it just displays images (sometimes pretty random or bizarre ones) and you have to pick which one speaks to you. From there, they're able to make a personality profile on you.

Question 1
Personality assessment, cognitive assessment (recognizing patterns), and numerical assessment (basic math) all in game form.
It was fairly easy compared to other interviews, the online games were fun but the first round is very subjective. Second round had basic math test. The instructions were very clear.
