Bad, They asked me questions for a long time and still rejected me. in fact they did not give any offer in our campus so it was not a good experience for me at all.
Round 1 consisted of a few short marketing case questions and one longer case with 10 minutes prep and 5 minutes to answer. This last part felt a bit rushed.

There was a difficult question about what you would do if you had a product that wasn't animal tested (and Unilever is committed to no animal testing) but that meant the highest level of warning (a corrosive label) had to be slapped on. That was tricky.
The interview process was good. The panel was considerate and pleasant. It comprised of 3 rounds: CV shortlist, video based questions, online personal interview with a panel of 2 members.
