Aangezien ik verwezen werd, was het proces behoorlijk gemakkelijk en snel. Nadat ze mijn CV ontvingen, ontving ik een telefoontje van HR om een afspraak te maken voor een telefoon interview. Gedurende dit gesprek werden mij wat basis sollicitatie vragen gestel: waarom wil je werken voor Unilever? Waarom heb je voor marketing gekozen? Waarom niets anders? Na een succesvolle afronding van dat gesprek, werd ik uitgenodigd voor een één-op-één gesprek. Erg ontspannen ervaring met was basis en out-of-the-box vragen.

At that time, I met with two individuals (one from HR and one from my field) to for my interview. There were several behavioral questions, but definitely a focus on my past sustainability efforts in various projects/organizations.

They basically took you into a room with two people and interviwed with basic behavioural questions. They also had a small case study, 2-3 weeks until they tell you the result.
