Shortlisted candidates will be prompt through whatsapp to answer some simple questions. The actual interview was then done via Skype Business as I was based in East Malaysia. It went well and specific instructions were given on how to set up the application need for the interview. The interview process took about an hour and I was given a week to complete an assignment to be submitted back to the hiring manager. I was then informed by the HR department a few days later that I was accepted for the position.

Apart from regular questions, they also give you small cases to think and answer. The downside is that they answer really really late or even at all, if you do not specifically ask them to.

4 rounds of selection process and they also include tech such as using Hirevue interviews. Interview took abit long and had other offers along the way but chose Unilever because of its brand name
