Interview
The Interview process started with an group discussion leading to a one-to-one interview with the Head of Department. I applied for their IT department therefore the HOD IT took my interview. The interview went great. It felt like I was still learning something new even during the interview and the best part was that there was no "grinding the candidate".

Interview
Applied for ULIP Finance, did a pymetrics test and a video inteview, then went to discovery day centre. Video interview, especially case study, throws you off because there is so little time to cover so many things. Discovery day is similar to video interview, expect more thinking on your feet no matter how much you prepare. It was a stressful, but extremely fun day!!! Also you get B&J ice cream after all that stress.

Question 1
Video interviews generally test you on interpersonal, communication, business strategy and time management skills. Discovery Centre tests almost the same thing, and they're looking for empathy, how well prepared and how well you defend your points.
