Upon graduating from University with a first class honours degree, I interviewed for Unilever's graduate scheme. I made it to the 5th round, in which I had to download an app and complete various gamified challenges around decision-making. I failed after getting 90% on the games. I understand the interview process needs to be lengthy as there are lots of applicants but looking back it was a colossal waste of time and energy!
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever in Mar 2023
Interview
It was an online video recording interview after passing the games and personality test. You have about 3 minutes to prepare each answer, 2 tries and 2 or 3 minutes to answer. 4 questions in total with the last one a longer duration.

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Kyiv, ) in Sep 2021
Interview
there were around 4 steps of the selection process. Online tasks (logic&english), video recording of the interview, live interview + the "real working day" test day. I passed all 3 selections, received a message to await for the 4th email with the time and date of the final step. I was awaiting for a couple of weeks but never received the email until I wrote to them as a reminder of me. Some days after they responded with excuses that the application is over and they already took the needed candidate. No communication with the applicant (me) even though it was the last selection process step. it took roughly 2 months of the selection process. They promised a decent remuneration though.
