1. In the first step your curriculum gets assessed. 2. In the second step you need complete several plymetric tests. It's quite hard evaluate wheter or not you did good. 3. 4 online cases that you have to answer via webcam. This was a hirevue assessment

It was an eye opening experience. I expected it to be harder but it was not. I loved the video interview. Gave you time to think and answer properly
