Interview
HR interview, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview with full team. Interview was over 4 hours as I had to be interviewed by each member of the team.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever
Interview
Online interview and tests which are about 3 hours which you can do at home. One full day of interviews and practical tests on site. Tests are quite hard and intensive also a bit intimidating as there’s two people firing questions at you in each different interview or practical test. The process is all day so you have to attend on that day of forget your application......
On my test day 8 were to attend, 4 turned up and one got up and walked out.....
Third process is a half day site tour Q and A and another interview with two hiring managers. One wasn’t an engineer and opening gambit was “ I don’t care if you can do the job it’s wether I think you’ll fit in with the other people here and I think you’ve had too many jobs”.....this put me on the back foot and I don’t think I recovered after this.
Last stage was a call a couple of weeks later to say thanks for attending and it’s a no, good luck in your job search.
I’ve requested feedback several times but with no success.....
All in all a time intensive exercise on my behalf with nothing to take away from the experience
