Unilever Demand Planner interview questions

The interview process was composed of two interviews the first one was online it was 40 minutes long and the questions were asked by videos hence you had until 3 opportunities to think about your answer, the second part was with the manager of the department

It was a interview with the Line Manager followed by an interview with the head of department. The second interview seemed more of a green lighting interview as it was not very formal and the questions were very general
