I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Unifi (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
They asked you to provide a video of yourself answering questions and once hired sign a paper that they could fire you for anything. They also ask you to fill out your full work history for the past 8 years including where you went for college. They tell me and my co-workers they would give us buddy passes. We came to work to find out that we actually don't get any.

Question 1
Give us a scenario where you went beyond the call of duty?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unifi (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2014
Interview
It was a joke. There had been no applicants with brake riding experience, and DGS just got the SWA contract for brake riding, yet had no brake riders. Since I had experience, I was basically asked "When can you start." Future applicants I ended up training, who had no experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unifi (Manchester, NH) in Feb 2016
Interview
I asked one of the Customer Service Agents at the Delta counter inside the airport and was directed out back to one of the on-duty supervisors as the previous manager had apparently been fired and wasn't replaced. The interview was about 20 minutes long, it was fairly quick and easy but I felt as though they were more desperate for employees rather than hiring individuals based on their skills as I was offered a job on the spot after the interview was concluded. After the interview, I had a drug test at a local urgent care and had a background check done on me. It was about 2-3 weeks before I started working.
