I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unifi (Manchester, NH) in Feb 2016
Interview
I asked one of the Customer Service Agents at the Delta counter inside the airport and was directed out back to one of the on-duty supervisors as the previous manager had apparently been fired and wasn't replaced. The interview was about 20 minutes long, it was fairly quick and easy but I felt as though they were more desperate for employees rather than hiring individuals based on their skills as I was offered a job on the spot after the interview was concluded. After the interview, I had a drug test at a local urgent care and had a background check done on me. It was about 2-3 weeks before I started working.
Group “interview” - they did a presentation then interviewed one on one. Basically just asked availability then why I wanted to work for them- fake it till you make it.
It was very simple. I ended up being at a job fair and it was super relaxed. I barely even got interviewed and they hired me. Overall great but I hope I enjoy the job
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unifi (South Bend, IN) in May 2023
Interview
Awesome interview . The manager was very kind and I felt right at home at the interview. Definitely excited about becoming apart of the culture! The values that the company represents is who I have become today! If you know your a good person I highly recommend this company.
