I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unifi (Manchester, NH) in Feb 2016
Interview
I asked one of the Customer Service Agents at the Delta counter inside the airport and was directed out back to one of the on-duty supervisors as the previous manager had apparently been fired and wasn't replaced. The interview was about 20 minutes long, it was fairly quick and easy but I felt as though they were more desperate for employees rather than hiring individuals based on their skills as I was offered a job on the spot after the interview was concluded. After the interview, I had a drug test at a local urgent care and had a background check done on me. It was about 2-3 weeks before I started working.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unifi (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2016
Interview
I filled out the application online, passed the assessments and later received an email to complete an online interview. I completed the interview and never heard anything back. It's has been almost three months.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unifi (Rochester, NY) in May 2014
Interview
It was fairly short. Asked basic interview questions, nothing specific to aviation. Once interviewed, I was hired on the spot and began training within a week. It was an extremely easy process.
