I applied online and received a call about a few days later to come in for a face to face interview. It was a short 10 minute interview, very casual just wanted to know a little about your background .

Simple and routine retail questions. Generally it is not a suit and tie kind of interview, more of a casual experience. Be prepared to answer questions about the brand, what kind of things you do outside of work. Under Armour can be flexible with your schedule, but it is important to them that you be flexible with them as well. Almost everyone is expected to be available on weekends.
