We take forever to make a decision and sometimes jobs just disappear and no one can answer why. HR is not very responsive to the candidate or the interviewer. UA has a long way to go in the hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Under Armour (Brownsville, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
Prospective applicants were notified by email that they had been selected for the next level of application which would be a recorded video of the applicant responding on camera to a series of pre recorded questions. There was a time limit to answer the questions, which was not too restrictive, but the format was very uncomfortable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Generic employee relations questions such as "How did you previously resolve a conflict between two employees?"
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Under Armour (Castle Rock, CO) in Oct 2014
Interview
After submitting an application online, the hiring manager will call. They now do prescreening via video questions, but I didn't need to. If the store manager approves, he will coordinate an interview with the district manager. After the second interview, the two will talk and decide if an offer will be made.
