Under Armour Sale Associate interview questions

Phone interview to make sure you can work nights/weekends/holidays. Then you go in person and it is really laid back. They asked me about why I wanted to work there, what my favorite job was in my past and why. It was very intersting to learn more about how they truly work as a team at Under Armour unlike most retail stores were they work against their coworkers.

Very easy, applied online got a response within the week. Then there was a one-way video interview online, they asked 4 questions, and there was a practice interview beforehand. Then interviewed in store. Very laid back and easy. Manager was very nice and extended an offer right there. I accepted.
