I applied in-person. I interviewed at Under Armour (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was an easy interview process. It was a panel where I sat in with a guy to my left who could barely formulate sentences, and a 17 year old girl who's only other work experience was dog walking to my right. Enough said
There was an online recorded interview (if you applied directly at underarmour.com) and then I was contacted further. The video interview had specified questions. The in-person interview had questions related to past work experiences and retail-specific questions if you previously worked in retail.

Question 1
There wasn't anything difficult to answer. The questions were straight forward and went on past experiences or possible what-if scenarios.
The interview was a casual chat with one of the managers. They asked some simple questions like why do I want to work here, what's my favourite product, why do I like the company, etc. It took a while to get me on board after I was offered the job.
