not too difficult, recorded questions with a minute to prep before. typical behaviors and situational questions as well as what you know about the company. Would recommend to prep before hand.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2018
Interview
After applying online in mid-January 2018, I was contacted about a week later and offered an online interview through HireVue which consisted of 8-10 questions, each to be answered in 2-3 minutes through filming yourself via webcam. There are practice questions to test audio, lighting, and to get comfortable in front of the camera. I would definitely take advantage of the practice questions before starting the formal interview. Some applicants were emailed in early March 2018 and told that the process is ongoing and if you have not heard back yet, you are still being considered for open positions, as well as asked for a short application update. The email also stated that decisions will be released no later than April 15, 2018.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
It was a video interview through Hirevue with 6 questions. They give you 30 seconds to read the questions and prep yourself for a 2-3 minute window where you answer. It was a very unusual experience. I would say to practice talking into your computer's camera before you do the videos.
