It was hard because the interview was done over the computer. They asked seven questions and you were given three minutes to answer each question . The process of applying to Under Armour took very long. I applied in November and did not hear back until March.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Process consisted of a phone screen with recruiter, call with hiring manager, a longer call with a member of the team, a take home test, and finally in person interviews. The data team is really passionate about their work and seem to be a focal point for the app teams at the company. The take home test consist of three questions, a mix of SQL and a/b testing. I did my best and probably misunderstood the a/b testing question. However, a chat with the hiring manager led me to believe that a lot of people have been falling into the same "traps" on the take home. All in all, a good experience even though I didn't get the job.
