Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
The interview process was an online process. You video record yourself answering their questions. It can be weird watching yourself talk, but they have the option so you don’t have to see yourself, which can be helpful for some.
It was lengthy, but fairly easy and not all that detailed. Just your basic average interview questions. The hiring process was arduous and had many levels to it. Overall, the interviewing process was a good learning experience and taught me I would not be a good fit for UA.
