Did not make the interview process. Spoke with a recruiter who worked at the company and was going to set up an interview but then never heard from them. Was really excited about the position and followed up but was met with radio silence
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
Very relaxed interview, it was more of a comfortable conversation than a stressful interview environment. Asked the basic questions, tele about yourself, strenghts/ weaknesses. Make sure you have questions too because that always makes you look better.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses?
Recruiter reached out to me for a new role based on an old application I had submitted. Quickly set up some time to connect, talked through next steps, etc. I followed up twice within a few weeks and was told she’d let me know when they’ve decided on next steps, and simply have never heard back or received a rejection. Not a great look to leave candidates hanging - be up front and honest in the process. Wouldn’t apply here again.
