Under Armour interview questions

Very easy, personable, friendly. It was about 3-4 rounds of interviews with the team. It was nothing crazy and was a very normal process. Come in knowing the company and the companies values.

After applying I was contacted within a day or two. It was a Friday so my interview was scheduled the following Tuesday. The interview went very smoothly and the questions were easy to answer. Unfortunately I did not hear back from them after a week. I finally called them back the next Thursday to ask about my application status and was told all positions were filled. I never got a call or rejection email which makes me feel like they never planned on letting me know I didn’t get the position. I was only looking for a part time seasonal job as I have full time job in recruiting for my company, so I know how important the candidate experience is. I would never leave a candidate hanging, wondering if they got the job or not. I would have appreciated a rejection email or phone call.
