Interview
It was a bit odd since it was a pre-recorded online interview. You have 1 minute to think about the question and 3 mins to answer the question. It's a bit awkward but at the same time you do have time to think about the question that the video ask you.
Interview Process was through Hire Vue. This was my first time doing a recorded interview, I definitely prefer a Skype interview. However, the interview itself was not difficult, it was just a little awkward. The questions were asked, and we were given a minute to prepare and three minutes to record.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Under Armour (Lee, MA) in Aug 2015
