Interview
I heard back after the initial application in a few days. I was prompted to complete an additional document to provide more information and within a few weeks I was informed that I had been offered an interview. The interview was online, over video with only a handful of questions. Fairly simple, straightforward questions.

Interview
Really uncomfortable first round interview via HireView. Asks you a question via recording of a team member, allows 1 minute to prep and then requires you to answer within 2 minutes. You're speaking to a blank screen

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2016
Interview
It was really straight forward. I first went to their university recruitment info session and then was given a link to apply. After that initial application, I was invited for a computerized interview where I was asked about 8 questions -- which most if not all were behavioral. Smooth process and am still waiting to hear back about decision.
