The interview process was done over an online webcam. A video would show up and prompt you with a question, then it gave you one minute to think about your answer before it started to record you. It is kind of weird seeing yourself on the screen while you are answering the questions.

Question 1
Describe a time you used technology to solve a problem.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2016
Interview
Basic questionnaire format to begin with to get to know you, and then they send you a link to their "Hireview", which is an online portal in which you record answers to prerecorded questions. I completed this in early January. I understand that technology is opening up new doors, but I have to say that people skills and emotional intelligence is key in all workplaces, and it is extremely difficult to get to know candidates on this level when they only have a few minutes to talk into a camera. I also understand that while individual phone calls take awhile, most other companies will go to this expense for their own benefit. What I don't understand is how a company like this does not send out emails saying that you didn't get the position. It is now March 9th (extremely late in the world of internships) and I have yet to hear some sort of response after I completed my video recording interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Was easy, multiple rounds and 4+months. First you filled out a regular application then if you were invited back you got to fill out a google doc form. If you were chosen from that then you went onto a HireVue interview where it took around 30 minutes to complete and has 7 questions to answer with a minute preparation time and 3 minutes time to respond.
