Interview
I filled out a few forms they emailed me and then did an online, pre-recorded interview. I really liked the process and it reflected how UA always wants to be on the cutting edge of technology. The recorded interview was definitely different, but I liked it. It took some pressure off and let me answer questions easier.
Very easy process. The manager reached out to schedule an in person interview just a few days after applying online. Very informal, interviewed with a few people at a time. It was pretty much just a conversation amongst the group where the asked a few questions about past experiences and why you'd be good on the job.
