Interview
I initially applied in October and was contacted in November to fill out a google doc form. Contacted again in January to complete a hirevue interview. Very uncomfortable considering there was no real interactions with the client. Emailed them in March because I had not heard anything back from them and received a generic email stating that due to the large volume of emails they can't respond to each one individually. Then, in April I received an email saying they did not want to move forward with the interview process. Very frustrating and long process.

Interview
I have never written a review on glassdoor before, but felt it was absolutely required to warn future applicants that Under Armour has a terribly slow HR team. I applied for the Summer League internship in January, filled out a Google form three days later, and interviewed via pre-recorded questions on a Webcam in early February. Then I was told I would hear back by EARLY MARCH. But, I didn't hear anything until March 28, when I was told to fill out a 2nd Google form. Then finally, on April 15th they told me I didn't get it. They took 2.5 MONTHS to get back to me AFTER I interviewed. Pathetic. If you want to intern at Under Armour, go for it. Just expect molasses to move faster than their entire HR team.

Interview
I applied in October. Then I was asked to fill out a Google doc with more info in December. I did a one-way video interview in January. When I asked for updates I was told that no news means I'm still being considered and there was no way to expedite the process. Rejected in April. Very slow process.
