They invited me to complete a one way digital interview with typical job interview questions. The invitation came from a systems (no reply) email so there was never any contact with an HR person. I completed the interview and never heard back, not even a rejection email and there was no hr contact for me to follow up with. They use hirevue software for the digital interview - Google it and you'll be thoroughly creeped out by what it measures.

Interview
About one week after I applied for the position, I was asked to come in for an interview. Our interview took 5 minutes. I did not interview with the person I was supposed to interview with, so that could've been why. He then asked about my availability, and said they'd be in touch.
I applied online. I interviewed at Under Armour in Feb 2016
Interview
The Interview process was long and somewhat unorganized. I first completed a precorded video interview in which i responded to a man on a screen asking me questions and recorded my answers. After that interview I didnt hear back for a while. I didnt hear back for 2-3 months in which I had video interviews with employees from different departments I was interviewing for. I wouldnt hear back until the beginning of May that I recieved an offer. Very long process.
