I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
A few weeks after applying, you get an email for a Google form. A week after that, I got an invitation to do a Hire Vue video internview. The format was weird because you are talking to yourself through a camera, but if you do your research you should be fine. The questions were all behavioral.

Interview
Applied online at Under Armour. Within the first week they sent me a form to fill out to know a little bit more about me (super easy). About two weeks after that I got an email to do a first round interview through HireVue which is an interview process with prerecorded questions by some of the teammates at Under Armour. They give you a minute to prepare an answer, and then you get up to three minutes for your actual recorded answer. Use the practice questions they give you, it will help you become more comfortable with seeing yourself on the video and speaking.
