I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
Submitted Resume and after a few weeks got asked to perform an online interview. The online interview was odd. You were asked a question through a video and then had to respond while being recorded. Would recommend preparing in a mirror or video
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied online through their website. Standard Hirevue interview, you should practice in front of a camera a lot to get used to it. Entirely behavioral fit questions and nothing else.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online in late November or early December. I was then given an online interview using HireVue, a kind of "facetiming with yourself" software. The prompts were simple and were behavioral... "describe a time when" type of questions. I was then offered a second interview with a department head in late February but had already accepted an offer with another company. I have reapplied for this year and the process has been exactly the same as last.
