It was a very easy online interview on HireVue. I applied online back in the fall and was contacted to finish it by early January. I am still waiting on second round interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Under Armour in Mar 2017
Interview
I was contacted during the winter for first round interviews with HireVue and I interviewed online early January. I was then contacted late February for final round interviews. I interviewed early March and am currently waiting to hear back on a decision.
The online interview questions were easy behavioral questions. If you have done basic interview prep before and do your research on UA prior, you should be fine for questions of this level. Final round interview questions are harder and probably depend on the specific department.

Question 1
What made you interested in UA, as opposed to other sports retail competitors? What about UA and this department stands out to you?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
The initial interview is a HireVue video link. You have to answer questions by recording yourself talking, which is very awkward. I think they send these out to ALL the applicants because a have a few friends who applied as well and all of them got to this stage of the process. Under Armour will then send you an email in early March saying "you are still being considered for this role, let us know if you have any conflicting offers". They send this, but don't offer a second in-person interview. It's pretty confusing and totally non-personal.
