Interview
After you submit the online application, you'll be contacted around November/December to complete a video interview called HireVu. In HireVu, you'll see a video of the question being asked, have 1 min to prepare, and 3 mins to record your answer. The process can be uncomfortable but the questions are more general and not difficult. Make sure you show your personality because this video will be seen my HR and your future manager. Every department hires at different times but for Marketing it was a lot later. In April I got an email inviting me to a second round interview. This interview was over the phone with my manager and questions were more specific to my major. I received my offer letter a couple days later. The HireVu interview was completed by all the interns but after that each intern was hired differently and at different times. Some interns had two interviews while some had three. Mine was a phone interview while some had a Skype interview with a panel. It all depends on your department. The process will seem long and confusing but remember to be in constant communication with the HR representative.

Interview
Simple, to the point regarding your business acumen and whether or not you could hold down one of their stores. Leaders come from A and F so be careful. Ask good questions.

Interview
Very long for a very bad job. It took them 3 months to make me an offer by then school had started. The pay we talked about was very low as well. The interviewer was very nice though.
I’m sorry to hear the process took longer than expected. We are always striving to create a positive candidate experience and will be sure to incorporate this feedback into the improvements we make to our process as we continue to build a great team!
