Interview
I first sent my resume. They then contacted me to do an interview online where a question was given and my answer was recorded through a webcam. They then said that I was through to the next round, but I did not get an in person interview.

What is one challenge you faced working in a group and how did you solve it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. Application>Virtual Interview>Phone Interview>Occasionally another phone interview>Offer.
Very competitive. I used Glassdoor for my interview. I was prepared for every question accept they asked a "name a time you used technology to solve a problem" question twice by re-phrasing it. It caught me off guard. Make sure you have at least two go-to answers for the same questions like strengths, weaknesses, company fit and the questions I put below.

Question 1
Name a time you used Technology to solve a problem?
Very easy, applied online and was called in for an interview the next day. Simple behavioral question interview, nothing too extravagant (this is retail after all) and was offered the job then and there.
