Under Armour Intern interview questions

I applied online and received an additional questionnaire a few weeks later. From there they had me do a video interview where I recorded short clips of myself answering preset questions.

It was a web-based interview via HireVue. Interesting setting, but it put me out of my interview game to not have someone in front of me. Definitely would've prepared differently after having done one of these interviews already. Limited amount of time to deliver your answer (about 2min / question) so there's pressure to get everything in there. On the plus side, you get a few seconds to prepare your answer after they show you the video asking the question.
