I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Under Armour (Greenville, SC)
Interview
The initial interview process was conducted by first recording videos of yourself answering questions when prompted, and submitting these recorded responses to the departments in which you would most like to work.
First had to complete an online application. Then was asked to fill out an additional questionnaire. From there, I was asked to participate in a Skype like interview. There were prerecorded videos of a man asking 6 or 7 questions. After listening to each question, you had a minute to prepare an answer, then about 3 minutes to answer. A couple questions caught me off guard and unsure on what kind of examples to use. Was very odd interview process and the entire process took 4 months... ridiculous. Started in January, did the video interview in late February. By late March after I didn't hear anything, I figured I didn't get it. Then early April I got an email asking if I was still interested, I said yes. Then a week or so later got an email that I was not chosen. Seemed very unprofessional for such a big company. Disappointed in how things were handled.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
I applied online in December, did an HireVue digital interview in March and then a Skype interview in April with the manager of my department for the summer. I received an offer at the end of April.
