Ulta Beauty Sales Associate interview questions

I was emailed after submitting my resume for an interview. I was told to pick between three time slots, and chose a time and date that suited me. I showed up thirty minutes early and the entire staff had seemed confused and forgotten they had scheduled an interview. They put me in a back room to conduct my interview and a sales associate (not even a manager) did not even listen to a word I was saying the whole time. The whole process was extremely disrespectful. I drove two hours to this Ulta location on a Saturday for an absolute waste of time.

The interview felt rushed and I picked up on a lot of work place drama. When I walked out of the room 3 members of the staff were on me immediately asking questions about what job I interviewed for and how much I asked for in pay.
