Ulta Beauty Operations Manager interview questions

Phone interview - focused on the background and what the applicant is searching for and explained the next steps in the interview process. Explained that likely would not hear anything back in the next couple of weeks due to high volume of applicants.

The process was easy. I applied early September and got a call back about three weeks later for an in person interview. I had two more interviews over the phone - one with the District Manager & one with another Store Manager and was offered the job shortly after. They mentioned the team was starting fresh and when they mentioned the opportunities in the store I made sure to talk about what I would do to improve them.
