Long process as an outside hire, however when I was getting hired they had a new system. Phone interview, prescreen, then an in person with two ppl, and then one more phone interview.

The interview process starts with a GM interview. Then follows with a second GM (from a different location) interview. Then area manager interview and/or district manager interview. If you pass those interviews, you will need to take a drug test before you officially get hired.
