Typical application process, phone interview screening, then on site meeting with several people. Only negative I would mention was that the job description did not exactly line up with what the team was ultimately looking for. I did not find out about some of the more technical aspects of the position until I was on the phone and on site. I would recommend that the posted job description be a little closer to what the team is screening for instead of what appeared to be a one size fits all write up.
