Ulta Beauty interview questions

Applied and a few days later got called back about an in person chat. Lasted maybe 10 minutes and pretty basic questions about experience, schedule etc. was offered job verbally during interview.

I got a text to schedule a Microsoft office video interview with a recruiter. The recruiter didn't ask me anything involving my work history or anything off my resume. Asked very situational questions. Told me I would hear back in a day or 2 regardless of the decision. (It took about a week) At the end of the interview she never open it up for questions or if I wanted to add any additional information.
