Ulta Beauty interview questions

Very professional and open and honest felt like girlfriends talking. Really explained the role and company values, listen to my questions and had answers ready to talk over, over all great connection

This process was too drawn out. All the interviews were easy, but a phone screen plus 4 interviews was too much. Then, I was asked for 2 references which I provided right away. I assumed I was a final candidate because I was asked for references after all of the interviews. My references were never contacted!! I was told theyd be contacted within the week, but they weren’t. Then I got a generic rejection. This process was frustrating all-around.
