it was alright, super short and brief. this was years ago though, and it may have changed. situational questions asked, make sure to answer with the STAR method and youll be fine

The process was easy. I applied early September and got a call back about three weeks later for an in person interview. I had two more interviews over the phone - one with the District Manager & one with another Store Manager and was offered the job shortly after. They mentioned the team was starting fresh and when they mentioned the opportunities in the store I made sure to talk about what I would do to improve them.
