I applied online, and got a call within a week. I had an interview with the general manager of the store. She looked at my previous work history and asked what I did at each job. She then asked me a few questions about if I would feel comfortable being a floater within different positions. Mainly she wanted me to be basically a guard for the fragrance section, but also cashier and be apart of the task team which helps in stocking and changing displays within the store. She asked me What my previous employers would say about me, She asked me about my negatives as a person, and She asked me What I could be doing to improve my life or something along those lines. Everyone I work with seem to be pretty lax and everyone gets a long with each other. The general manager is a typical general manger strict, annoying, but still able to kind of be friendly. Working in fragrance is not fun, I hate it, its the most boring job I have ever had in my life. All you do is stand there and say HI, how are you to people as they walk in and then stalk them like crazy when the come into fragrance so they do not steal. All in all working here is just a temp. job. Not like I would do this for the rest of my life.
