Ulta Beauty interview questions

I applied online through a job searching site and within maybe a week a manager called me, I've heard different time frames from people, one girl got a call within 5 hours of applying but I know that at that time they were desperate for workers since people were dropping like flies there. The interview was very casual although I was asked not to wear jeans to the interview. It was just me chatting with the manager about what the job intailed and he offered it to me that same day. I was hired for task which was pretty much a cleaning/building type job since they were remodeling the store at that time.

One hour interview with DM. Very focused on people development and guest service and how to drive results with your team. Asked a lot of open ended questions, very thought provoking. Challenged the way I thought about my skills as a manager.
