Ulta Beauty interview questions

I got the listing for the job from a job search site. I went to the website and filled out the online app. One week later I got a call asking me to come in for an interview. The interview went smoothly- it was conducted before the store opened. Very friendly conversation, I was only asked a few questions. What hours was I hoping for, why did I want to work at ULTA, what was one good and one bad experiance I had in a store with thier customer service, and where there going to be any days I wanted to tell in advance that I would need off.

I applied online about a week and half before they called me. I had a manager call me and asked me to come in that evening. I dressed business casual but very fashionable. I think because I was fashionable they hired me right then and there lol.... She asked me basic questions, my skills for the job, how would I better there business. The girl interviewing me was close to my age so I was able to talk to her very easily. They offered me the position on the spot.
