There were two rounds of interviews split between two managers. It was hard for me to get the second interview because there was a lack of initiative on their end, in my opinion, to reach out. I had to reach out five times, both in person and on the phone, before I heard back from them. The managers were super nice and I got on with them well, but I didn't end up getting the job because of the amount of time I would spend working for the company.

I received a call for an interview in the store after applying online. After that, I came in on the interview date, answered questions about my experience in customer service and my availability, and was told they would let me know if I have an offer within the next few days.

Interview
The interview process was fairly quick. Upon submitting my application, I spoke and scheduled an interview with a manager. The questions were very behavior and customer experience based. The following day, I received an email for a 2nd interview in which took place a few days later. This interview consisted of more behavioral based interactions as well as comfortability with product knowledge. They wanted to see techniques used, what you can achieve on the spot while on the sakes floor. Focusing on product demonstration and application for the role.
