applied online, got a phone call for interview gave a second interview with demo of facial on model then got a call back the following week with a job offer

The application is very long and time consuming. I received a phone call from a salon recruiter then I had an interview with the general manager and then the district manager. I had to do a technical interview with another salon manager from a different location so they could see that I can do hair. I was offered a job and then sent to do a drug test. After this came back I was hired on and started two weeks of training!
