I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Temple, TX)
Interview
Sent in an application online. Got called within a week and went for an interview the next day. Had a great interview and was made to think I got the job. Got called for a second interview and was also made to think I got it. But then when I called back a couple days later, they'd found 2 different people. Was told they'd keep my application and call me later.
Was offered below minimum wage and was told I would get less than 20 hours a week.

Interview
Applied online and was called a week later for a group interview. The interview lasted about 30min with 4 of the stores managers. All the managers where friendly and seemed enthusiastic about getting to know me. Questions where easy, the usual "explain a time when..." and what is your availability. The interview went very well, I was offered the job a few days later.

Interview
I was first contacted and interviewed with the store manager and then followed up with the DM about a week later. It was a pretty basic retail management interview, just a serious of "Tell me about a time when" style of questions. If you are reasonably good a customer service and coaching you'll be fine.

Question 1
The only question that kind of threw me for a loop was "Tell me about a time you showed integrity" I think most people who have integrity just practice it daily, so, it was hard to come up with some specific example,, it's not like I've been in an Erin Brokovich situation before.
